I am very thankful for all of the attention these write-ups are providing me. Famous at last!! lol. You know what i really dont care about the bar, the legal services consumer panel, judicial consultations and all of you junior solicitors and barristers with your knickers in a twist.

I absolutely despise the system, the lawyers, the toffee nosed barristers, the corrupt like judges in family courts and the rest of the clique.

In my opinion the removal of legal aid was one of the greatest things that has ever happened in this country. It prevented the vulture like solicitors on the high street stealing good honest working poeples money from the pot!! before we came along and peed on your parade you solicitors were charging anywehere to £880 an HOUR (and dont say you werent, because you were) some were charging even more!! to hear you all now crying because no one understands your overheads, your costs, poor poor you! xx

We (professional MKFs) came in and not only put you out of business, bringing most of you down to offering fixed fees and MKF services yourselves, but we actually crucified you in family courts! you just have to look at the most significant cases in the children act law in the last 5 years and they have came about usually by the involvment of a MKF. Barristers offering pro bono when and only when they sniff a no loser !! Re BS - MKFs -

Munby may not think much of me, but i think he is wonderful, even though I will be appealing his order - for obvious reasons., He does however clearly understand the importance of MKFS and their role in courts. What really worries you guys is the emerging acceptance in a lot of courts for MKFs to represent, or have rights of audience.

What is not shown in the judgement against me is some conversation that took place in the 4 day hearing - Munby P made it clear that MKFs should and do have the right to contact other parties on behalf of their clients - reason?? because "if we were to stop MKFs from making calls or writing to a party on behalf of their client we would have to prevent the Citizens Advice Bureau, Welfare organisations, sons and daughters of the elderly and infirm from communicating on others behalfs.

In essence its a fool who believes the current guidlines for MKFs are going to remain as they are, I have simply been used as a tool to bring about an argument against MKFs -- in the hope it will help toward the reinstatement of legal aid.

I have news for you moaning minnies, MKFs are here to stay.

Now can I interest any of you in my new business venture? we provide advice and assistance online only to clients. Preparing their paperwork, preparing thier statements, advising them and assisting them all the way through their case. Not attending court - no problems there. -
