No Nigel - it's not about you - its the whole MF concept. It should be regulated like all other people practising law . Merely stating the obvious - you see MF can practise without all the ''red-tape'' that comes from our regulatory bodies. Just thinking instead of practising as a Solicitor change to an MF. Certainly MF doesn't take from my purse - I don't take Government handouts. Never done Legal Aid work. I will not entertain you with my qualifications . I certainly didn't know that 3 years at University gives people automatic rights of audience! You are no better leaving posts as well. You hate Solicitors (full stop). I am really scared if you! I hope I never meet youy anywhere!
