It's probably best to check before criticising someone else's English. The entry in my copy of the Concise Oxford English dictionary is:- "judgement .. -gmnt ...". Both spellings appear to be correct. Having said that, the general standard of English displayed in these blogs often seems to need some improvement! As to the trainee's tweet, it certainly displayed a lack of judgment (or judgement) on his part and a failure to instil some element of professionalism on the part of his principal.
