I can see the sensitive nature, obviously if I was injured or someone I knew family etc then, at the material time or shortly afterwards my main concern would be their health and monetary gains would be the last thing on my mind. But the government has heightened the marketing aspect for solicitors now that referrers cannot do it for us. If you can market so easily, heavily and spontaneously in other fields then why do solicitors get branded as ambulance chasers. Maybe the people that label us as such should litigate in person for their personal injuries.
