I do feel a little sorry for the individual, but at the end of the day our younger generation can have all the training under the sun, but if they don't think about comments/tweets beforehand, and don't have a moral compass at home this is going to happen from time to time. You can't train "common" sense - what is it now anyway?
Finally - the firms response was too ill thought out, and allows the keyboard warriors to further go ballistic.......when you have made a mistake, just say sorry!....
