Costs budgeting is a waste of time because defendant cost solicitor ignore your budget and there own budget and make stupid offers regardless so what's the point.
Now I'm another £1000 in debt with a costs firm and what was funny the costs of the defendant was as much as mine and my firm had worked the case for nearly 3 1/2 years.
To also sum it up the defendant got the name of the parties wrong so it was clearly a copy and pasted document all the only training you need from a defendant point of view is know how to change the case name on the computer.
The whole system is defendant biased at the minute and needs to be looked at urgently.
