So what would happen if a woman said she was a lesbian with no intention of having kids? I wonder if this study was limited to huge London firms where attitudes are on a different planet from out in the sticks? But years ago I was asked at a job interview if I was intending to have any more children (I had one at the time) I should have ended the interview then and there but unfortunately I took the job and had two more children, that job ended in tears in a tribunal case. What I tend to find worrying is that the men (maybe women as well, if they got to where they are presumably they opted not to do the whole childbearing thing) perpetuating these archaic practices in relation to women are not old farts but younger people (in some cases younger than me and I have been qualified for 25 years) who should know better and have a more enlightened attitude in my view.....
