I'm not sure you'd actually save money that way Alan, I could see the costs in renting a room, providing security, transport etc being even more expensive than running a court building. It's the same kind of thinking that applies to the civil service - they spend lots of money on consultants because it is "cheaper" when if they just hired a few people they'd actually save money.
