If appeal court judges never made mistakes I would sympathise. But as they are so often reversed on appeal to the SC, and quite often disagree even amongst themselves proving that at least one of them is wrong, Mr Justice Jackson's costs order frankly lose any appeal for me. You get all your decisions correct, Mr Justice Jackson, and I shall sympathise with your telling others where they have gone wrong. How about loss of one month's salary for every judgment of yours reversed on appeal for a start?
