How insulting!

I do legal aid work and the amount of pro bono work we do is significant. We recently secured two exceptional funding certificates in family law, as rare as unicorn hair. They took an average 30 hours of studying the rules, - conclusion being that there were none - preparing the application, trying to understand the rejection and then appealing the decision.

it seems to me that the officers at the Legal Aid Agency think they know the law and what constitutes a case better than most lawyers out there, so I have an idea...let them do the pro bono work.
