Funny old world, innit? If the same had been proposed for the NHS, probably the proletariat would be on the streets by now. But when it comes to NJS - sorry, the courts - such plans don't seem even to make a ripple. But then, it's probably the right thing to do. The courts are underused and the extent of that probably will increase significantly. After all, the cost of access to justice is such that few, outside the commercial sector, can afford it - whereas access to health is free to all.
