Okay well they could save Money by not sending people to prison for minor Crimes, for example if someone committed Fraud they pay it back over a period and make them do community service and make them send money to the victims But yet we have people not sent to jail for nearly killing someone for example a girl got glassed in the face got nearly killed and the defendant was let off with a suspended sentence and that was a crown court

but yet we have loads of courts closing down, just recently a guy from Romford post office fraudster got a suspended sentence for £100,000 Fraud, but yet someone got 6 months for £12000 for credit card fraud so go and figure the Wrong people are being sent away they could save a fortune on sending the right people to prison instead of closing courts down
