I'm with anon 0502 on this. We live on a private road, for whose upkeep we and other residents have to pay, and controlling parking can be very difficult. Our neighbour is permanently injured since his car was rear-ended while he was trying to get past a badly parked and unauthorised vehicle. My other half suffers the same problems at work as anon 0502 refers to in para 3. And, no, we have no connection with any car park operators.
