Nobody wants to be on the receiving end of an unreasonable/extortionate parking penalty but I have experience of trying to prevent unauthorized users from parking in the private office car park. There must be some rules/regulations created so that unauthorized parking in private car parks can be prevented but perhaps this is just too simple or obvious?
