Getting on the SDT prosecution panel must be like winning the lottery. The costs applied for and awarded are fabulous, as long as you are not on the receiving end. This poor man was clearly suffering a crisis and should have been dealt with informally ie an apology and confirmation that he was getting help. What is it all coming too!
