I've also dealt with Mr Barca. He's a great litigator but seriously lacks people skills.

If he does have a mental illness of some sort, he should get some professional help and learn how to modify his behaviour. I don't think it's fair that people should have to deal with his outbursts. There are always better ways to express oneself without resorting to using profanities or being aggressive/intimidating.
