One of so many problem remains, solicitors keen to earn vast fees from the asset value of divorcing couples?

One recent case, solicitor obtained £46k in fees from the 'advices' to a wife while hubby remained LiP and the finances were with more for hubby than he ever asked for which was nil! Even after inviting mediation as hubby was content to pass all to wife, wife's solicitor refused and litigated for another 12 months before agreeing at the court, their skeleton was simply a vast list of fabrications and inventions about hubby's finances.

Some divorcing folks remain the victim of over promising solicitors refusing to consider mediation.
