The criminal courts charge; two tier tender for duty work; under funded courts and tribunal service; under funded victim support; under funded police, cps, probation and prisons; the fact that a privately paying acquitted defendant is not fully remunerated; legal aid rates of remuneration; the scope of legal aid; properly funded digital systems in court; the continued existence of LAA (it isn't required); discussions in secret with BFG; the funding of divorce and family legal aid and the scope of it; funding legal aid representation before Tribunals. Have I missed anything else that Gove needs to address, urgently???
