I would say stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

It is a poker trick. The fee increase was required at 8.75% in total. They just put it twice to 1) see if they could get away with it; and 2) so we miss the trick of putting it up to 8.75% the first time...

And now we are supposed to be grateful for this...
