I'll agree you are right, when and only when, I walk into my local County Court and am allowed to charge:-

A) in blocks of time not of six minute units, but of hours;
B) for my time at £350 to £500 per hour;
C) simultaneously for typist, receptionist, office junior time at £150 to £200 per hour;
D) for tasks such as 'collecting boxes of papers', and 'organising supplier records'
E) with no scrutiny or opposition to the fees.
