Ah, His Lordship has now found out the pressures that we all face.

There was me thinking that the Judiciary were unaware that HM Govt. was hell bent on turning the Court system into an inquisitorial system (for which the Judiciary don't really have the skills), without the trebling in resources.

There is something to be said for this mind, but we will need the resources, there will have to be much less prancing around and duplicity from their Learned brethren at the Bar (there are some phenomenal exceptions but most are at best often very close to lying on their client's behalf). There will have to be much more administration in the Courts and a much readier hands on practical approach as well (including to pleadings and the hearing).
