What happens now, do the whole thing again or consolidate by rationalising the apportionment of duty rota slots to 1 local court area per genuine office, and limiting rota slots to those with the equivalent of 3 years full time criminal defence solicitor experience over the preceding 6 years, all of which could have been imposed painlessly and without cost to the MoJ on every 6 month rota assignment for over a decade.
