George best remember but he hasn't, ABI, MIB and those with vested interests maintain fraud alone adds the £40-60 per year to motor policies! Values vary to the audience?
Already insurers explain frauds are up in value and numbers (they should know from what they see in any mirror?) so best we all forget discounts.

After all how many insurers provide mis-sold Claims Handling Advice to policyholders securing their own vast profits from the cut priced shoddy repairers so often reported, claiming back full retails from each other?

But at the same time falsely telling the poor misadvised policyholders' the insurers will ensure they retain their no claims discounts without mentioning policy prices will rise as after all, they made a claim.

The trick is to keep the mis-advice some im difference from the discovery of the tricks so consumer policyholders cant use the other legal services cover they were also convinced they had to but to protect them from the insurers ABS legal fees to undertake what should never be a cost presented to any innocent policyholders?

But hey, even after so many FCA Thematic Reviews and Publications reporting the needs for insurers to stop doing so much wrong via Outsourced and unregulated agents, zilch, nothing, zero will be done by the FCA or FCA?

That's Life as Esther says when selling non-FCA compliant claims services, ''assisting in the administration and performance of contract of insurance''? see https://www.handbook.fca.org.uk/handbook/glossary/G1340.html
