To those saying, ooh whiplash is a real thing and painful , so what? A few weeks a year I get a very painful and restricted. I have to do some exercises, take some ibuprofen and might even need a day off work. I dint get any money to help me recover. Do you know what I do? Just get on with it. For a minor whiplash claimant to be entitled to the same process as someone with burns, broken limbs, or worse is farcical
