Frank 0733 is right these changes will effect law firms funding with the banks. The calls to understand the proposals have already started from my contacts yesterday.

Many claimants are low income earners is a common theme amongst my PI firm clients. This change simply means that they will lose out as insurance payouts never cover their real losses (hidden costs etc.).

How are claimants supposed to access justice? They are not.

However to support insurance industry profits by denying access to Mr or Mrs Average Wage seems disproportionate.
