I know this won't be a popular, majority view, but being popular and in the majority was never a concern of mine.

This is another example of the many genuine claimants and their lawyers having to pay for the exaggeration, or dishonesty, or both of the few. I have received phone calls and emails asking me to come forward with a claim which the caller knew was bogus. There are claimant firms which operate like claims factories. There are fake RTAs. There are referees who claim they cannot walk. It is a racket out there. But, sadly the result is a measure such as this.

Never have so few owed so much to so many.
