I am just waiting for the government now to push through their not so long ago proposals to increase the general small claim level to £25000 (is there actually anyone that thinks that is a "small" claim?) and hike the rest of the Court fees ie possession, Part 8, Divorce fee etc as previously proposed but back burnered before the election? Perhaps I will go and retrain as a tradesman now
