And if you claim £11,000 generals for your grazed knee when you tripped on that wonky pavement does that make it a small claim? Or does it depend on the damages recovered, in which case you will only know what costs you will get at the end of the trial...

And will this then lead to disappointed litigants suing their solicitors for overvaluing their claims...who will then sue counsel for so advising...
