This is unsurprising - I understand that the most popular entity expected was the single-barrister company, yet my analysis for my own circumstances suggested that for most practitioners the additional cost of regulation outweighed any tax advantage. Self-employment remains a better option unless you are doing extremely well. While there may be other advantages of incorporating, I suspect that most followed the money.
