I'm afraid I have now got to the stage where I don't believe anything that the Government says.

Insurers seem to have the ear of the Government - and many of the ministers seem to have interests linked to the major insurance players, it's absolutely not a time to sit on our laurels and hope that things just might work out, because they won't.

Insurers have deep pockets, greedy shareholders, and zero interest in justice. If ever there's a time for MASS, APIL, TLS, CILEX and other stakeholders to pull together and do whatever we can to fight this appalling further deprivation of justice, it's now.

Well done MASS for leading the way here.
