Where is the consideration of undue religious influence here. Sharia courts are presided over by 'community leaders' including clerics. It cannot be the case that parties are bound by the decisions of these individuals and if they are not bound by undue influence (see, Allcard v Skinner (1887) 36 Ch D 145) the the findings of these gatherings, erroneously described as courts cannot be binding.

There can only be one law in the UK there should be a clear distinction made between the law of the land and the rules of the club. The club rules can never trump the law.
