What's making you laugh 12.54pm? Don't you think it's a transparent market? What would make it more price transparent - how many price comparison websites do you need? If you don't like your premium, you search for a better one and if you find one better you switch. I don't agree with everything the previous poster said but certainly prices did come down before, during and after LASPO (we conveniently forget that) and are now going up again. It's called a price cycle and driven by supply and demand.
