David I entirely agree with your proposition that the principles of our peacetime civil and criminal law should not apply to the battlefield.Our boys should be entitled to shoot,maim torture and kill anyone they come across and rape the enemy women to show them who is boss.They could also arrange public hangings pour encourage les autres.
The Geneva Convention and HRA were obviously dreamed up by a bunch of raving lefties and should be shredded forthwith.
