I can't say that I am weeping any tears at this. Soldiers sent to fight for their country against a vicious and fanatical enemy can't be expected to be angels. I find it distasteful when lawyers in their comfortable offices (for either political or financial motives) conduct a witch hunt against those soldiers who may have momentarily fallen below the desired standard - this should be dealt with by internal disciplinary process in the Army.
