I've been involved in Insurance pi for over 30 years and it is undoubtedly true that over the last 15 years far too many cowboys have moved into the Claimant sector. We are now all suffering partly as a result of that situation being exploited by the ABI. I can't see any way that the proposed reforms will not go through which will spell the end for Solicitors being involved in the mainstream pi scene.
