Report comment

Having been in the position of an unsecured creditor I am appalled at the amount of money quite innocent people are expected to lose with no redress. This is particualry unfair for instance when you have prepared a lelegal aid funded report and even though the administartors no doubt will claim the fee back from legal services - the money does not go the expert who has written the report, but into the general fund. This seems very wrong as this money was earmarked for the client.
