The system is so grossly skewed in favour of defendants that the concept of "the great british legal system" is a sad joke.Before long PI claims will all be dealt with by CMC spivs who will take 50% or more of a clients damages,those damages being grossly understated to make a quick buck.Those CMCs will all be run by insurance companies who will just sit back and count the dosh while toasting the Tories and the right wing press who have given it to them on a plate.
The whole scam has been built on the back of a none existent Compensation Culture and a few dodgy whiplash claims which probably represent no more than 1% of all RTA claims but nobody really knows anyway because there is no evidence to back up the figures!
