I agree. James, that would be far too challenging for our SRA/SDT. (The latter always sounds to me like something you might be unfortunate enough to pick up on a Mediterranean holiday if you 'get lucky'.) Just pick off the easy targets and tick another box called 'job done'.

And what has or will become of Reginald Hemmings aged 79 after 50 years of unblemished practice? It comes to something when, after all that time, he is 'of limited means and has no assets or savings'. They could at the very least waive the costs order, or should that be ordure? I'd bet a large sum of money that it was PII premiums which did for him. What a terrible end to a spotless career.
