What an utter load of male bovine excrement.

The Soviet regime organisation, a.k.a. SRA, is nothing more than a glorified kangaroo court that does not follow the basic tenets of the law, audi alterem partem, and extracts costs to reduce their salary bill, regardless of the merits..

They ignore the basic tenets of English law, and European law and set up their own kangaroo court.

When you ask a basic question, as to what has been discussed with the adjudicator, they ignore you.

If an organisation can make up its own rules as it goes along, ignoring the general rule of law and extract penalties as a result, the people who set it up should be held to account, as should the "decision" (kangaroo members decisions) makers (aa prosecutors, should be held to account, and if necessary imprisoned for perverting the course of justice and sacked sans compensation, nevermind pension. That is what they are mandated to do, and that is what they clearly do not do.

If they have little legal knowledge, that is no excuse, and should be imprisoned and heftily fined, no ifs, no buts, no matter how broad the rear

If disclosure demanded, disclosure MUST be given, no obfuscation.

In short, whilst there may be some good decisions in the SRA, the bulk of them seem to be rubbish and contrary to law, and merely to make their book (and earnings) look good).
