Let's make the same changes to clinical negligence that we made to RTA. Put those greedy lawyers on fixed fees. Then in a year or two we will reduce those fixed fees for no other reason than "we can". Then once everybody has settled in to working with those fixed fees and law firms/clinical negligence departments are going out of business, because actually despite being told by educated people who have actually researched the changes and written reports (which we obviously just put to the back of the filing cabinet without reading) we can then decide that clinical negligence injuries don't exist anymore...
