@ 1:08 cough, because the market works so well that on renewal I was quoted a 115% rise in premium despite no claims and then went through the comparison engine and achieved a 14% reduction. It's the same each year, the insurers rely on sloth and churn.

It's only capitalism and I love it, but as a small state dry Tory this is a market that should be left to the market without this one eyed moronic intervention.
