Also no recommendation that insurers produce policies and fact sheets on how to report/make claims in other languages.

All to often I see insurers refusing to indemnify their insured because they have "failed to co-operate" only to learn the insurer has done nothing more than to write in English to their policy holder who doesn't read/write English. We live in a multi-national/multi-lingual society and insurers, if they are prepared to accept the premiums must produce policies etc in multiple languages.
