Indeed I do realise all of the points that you raise - my suggestion is more pointed than it may appear.

Genuine Claimants and their Solicitors will have very good reason to continue with their claims.

Insurers who place on a register the names of Claimants who they consider to be fraudulent without the necessary proof will indeed be subject to further action.

Ergo, all this continuous nonsense about fraudulent claims will have to be substantiated and documented, with the genuine perpetrators being suitably treated.

The register would be an invaluable money saving data resource for Claimants and Defendants alike.
