The SRA and also the Bar council had independent reviews of their supposed racial bias . Of course they were not found to be biased. BMEs were committing more offences
Although we all need to be sympatethetic where at all possible and fully aware of complex cultural influences why is it impossible
not to take the statistics at face value
No one questions why there are so many black footballers in the
Premiership. They are not over- represented , they are there because they're better!
