I welcome FOIL's stance. Now is not the time to sling insults at each other but to put forward reasoned arguments against the increase in the SCT limit and the abolition of so called minor whiplash claims which should focus on the harm such proposals will cause those innocent injured victims of negligence, however they come to be injured and their ability to seek access to justice. The innocent far outweigh the fraudulent and to punish the many for the actions of the few is morally indefensible.
