You win 6 LVI cases out of every how many? Can you honestly say that you stand a greater chance of winning them than losing them? And if not (certainly, in my 20 years for claimants I never lost a single one, and I would be surprised if your experience was diametrically opposed to mine) doesn't that suggest that you don't actually know what fraud is? That you simply sling the mud, and hope that occasionally some of it sticks?

Do you operate a postcode filter?

Do you filter out particular names for particularly close investigation?

Do you get told which files your insurer clients believe are fraudulent? If so, do you have the autonomy to say 'Actually, you know what? There's no evidence of fraud here'? If not, do you have a quota of fraud claims to meet?

Every question I ask here is underpinned by operating procedures of various insurers and various defendant firms. every single method alluded do is somebody's SP. I just wonder where you fit in the nexus?
