Craig - I hate to say it, but up here in Carlisle we're crying out for junior solicitors, as well as for experienced ones. We are recruiting for property and private client, and we always keep an eye out for someone relatively local or who wants a better quality of life. The brain drain to London continues, though, and for the life of me I can't see why. I'll take being a northern monkey when my house costs a quarter of what it would near London.
