I remember words of our lecturer teaching ethics "all clients tell lies" so keep your records straight. As said above clients most often are not satisfied even they have achieved their goal because they donot like to pay fees and find a way out by making false accusations and complaints and SRA and the Law Society welcomes targeting solicitors without first investigating thd credibility of the complainant and his complaint. This is my 15 years experience.
