CMC have a mass trawling approach for claims; they suggest easy money at every turn. The majority of the British Public are in debt and whiplash claim have risen dramatically.
Fraud actually hurts the poorest in the community the hardest. The young person who needs a car to get a job and can’t afford the premiums is a prime example
I have no sympathy for the factory firms in bed with CMC’s
My view is that only whiplash claims should be transferred to the small claims track. I don’t think its justice to abolish whiplash claims altogether.
Perhaps if the profession could convince the Government it will sever the ties with CMC’s we might stand a chance of putting forward an alternative
