As outlined, these proposals are simply pure governmental Theft by the back door.

Why can't they be honest, just for once in their lives, and call it what it actually is - another tax!!!

The conservatives pride themselves on being a low taxing party but that objective is very easy to achieve if you just call the 'payments' something else!!
